John C. Gugliotta is admitted to practice law in both New York State and California. He has tried numerous cases in both jurisdictions. His practice concentrates on business formation and litigation, franchise litigation, probate litigation and art law related issues. He also handles medical negligence, construction and automobile accidents, and premises liability, including negligent security cases. He has had excellent results in all areas of practice. John is a member of the American Association of Justice, The Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Columbian Lawyers (association of attorneys of Italian American descent). John served as an arbitrator for the White Plains City Court between 2001-2004. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for both the Central and Eastern Districts of California and both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Richard Gugliotta was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1961 and to the United States Supreme Court in 1967. He started his career representing numerous insurance companies throughout the State of New York in a variety of general liability and automotive liability cases. Over the years, Mr. Gugliotta has expanded his practice to include Real Estate closings, commercial transactions, Wills, Trusts, and Probate, along with significant personal injury matters. Mr. Gugliotta served as counsel to the New York State Tax Commission between 1986-1994. Richard G. Gugliotta is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Columbian Lawyers Association.
