Our firm was founded over 50 years ago, in 1961 by Richard G. Gugliotta. In 1995, John C. Gugliotta joined the practice and expanded the firm to include a California Office. Both Richard G. Gugliotta and John C. Gugliotta are experienced trial attorneys and have handled numerous jury trails for both plaintiffs and defendants in all major areas of litigation.

The firm's New York office handles matters in the New York Metropolitan areas, as well as outlying counties. The Newport Beach, Califonia office handles matters throughout Southern California which emcompasses Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
