About Us
Our firm was founded over 45 years ago, in 1961 by Richard G. Gugliotta. In 1995, John C. Gugliotta joined the practice and expanded the firm to include a California Office. Both Richard G. Gugliotta and John C. Gugliotta are experienced trial attorneys and have handled numerous jury trials for both plaintiffs and defendants in all major areas of litigation.
We are a full service firm and provide quality representation along with a strong concern for the overall well-being of our clients. We handle Criminal Defense; Business Formation and Litigation; Franchise Law Matters;Real Estate Transactions and Litigation throughout the state of New York and Southern California. The firm's New York office handles matters in the New York Metropolitan areas as well as outlying counties. The Newport Beach, Califonia office handles matters throughout Southern California which emcompasses Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
